The History of Brazilian BDSM I

The other day I was asked, has BDSM changed? Is there still BDSM practiced as before?

This last year after 10 years out of the BDSM community, I decided to go back, get my site up again and meet old friends, but I was impressed by the infinite number of theory, protocols, rules, endless soup of letters, and many distortions. in the current BDSM, even called New BDSM.

After a while of analysis, I came to the following conclusion.

Formerly BDSM was lived by a very small number of people who followed strict and well-defined protocols, today unfortunately only a very small part of today's practitioners still follow the traditional BDSM style, so nothing has changed.

Traditional BDSM was very marginalized and attacked by the vanilla public in general, today that same BDSM remains marginalized and attacked, except that the vanilla public has been replaced by practitioners of the current New BDSM, who find this traditional BDSM abusive and unacceptable.

Fortunately, new practitioners emerge daily with this spirit of traditional BDSM, a small and almost insignificant number of BDSMs, such as 20 years ago, who are not in this New BDSM, and join the veiled and silent community of traditional BDSM.

BDSM NEVER CHANGED, WHO CHANGED WERE YOUR PRACTICERS

I BDSM Meeting in the Cerrado

This report is the result of the work done during the construction of the First BDSM Meeting in the Cerrado. An unpretentious outline of information gathering with those who lived BDSM in Brazil. We set as a starting point the work of Wilma Azevedo for being the written reference that we knew. It is worth mentioning that we are aware that much more has been produced and lived, and anyone who wishes to contribute with possible additions, gaps or errors is soooo welcome!
Credits are the red rose mate who sweated soooo much with this unholy cow in this building! I miss you partner !!!!

The testimonials below are not identified, the full interviews you can read in the binding that will circulate through the BDSM MEETING IN CERRADO 2008 and later on the site.

I started reading a little theory, getting interested in the theory until around the late 70's through magazine ads as was usual then and when we met Wilma Azevedo for a while we had a relationship to three and it lasted until she and Wilma decided to edit a SM magazine in commercial terms, which in the 70s in the dictatorship era was impossible, found the donkeys in the water, the first issue that the magazine (Fantasy) came out, and gave police ended up giving inquiry and attempting blackmail, finally breaking into her office that was sort of like a newsroom and accessing the subscriber files, was a tricky thing and because of that her own relationship with Wilma ceased. The fact is that no organized group at that time even had a small group where I met some people: Cosam Atsidas who got a lot of name and was one of the pioneers,

There was no internet at the time and there were no large groups organized, there was this small group, and one or the other and people had a hard time getting to know each other and getting together because it depended on ads in so-called men's magazines, and most ads didn't. I spoke of SM and when I spoke I said it was not SM.

It was a while before I years later came to know BARBARA REINE and coincidentally she had met the people of this group: Cosam a lot, was even started by Cosam. When I met her she was already Domme and she had a background of knowledge with Cosam and knowledge of other people from the group she attended after my time and this opened the doors of her group in Sao Paulo - SoMos - I participated in munch and they had as a rule that people could only play if they went to munch and had knowledge first. At that time there was no SM environment, there was a large group in Sao Paulo that met once a month in a nightclub called DJ, closed the nightclub and had a party during the week and this had some drawbacks Until one day BARBARA REINE and the Klaus decided to set up a theme bar and founded Valhalla but there was a very close friendship between us all and Valhalla went on his way for about two years until it was sold. Today we have the Dominna Club,

The Valhalla that was really a commercial establishment and that became the headquarters of the group SoMos

With the closing of Valhala BARBARA moves away from SM and the beautiful goes its way and knows Walkiria but they had no bar and nothing, but Walkiria had a big house where she had a studio on top and what it was like very large part was closed and had a dungeon, so she had a fully equipped dungeon and also made SM clothes sold SM clothes and they stayed and did some plays and parties there So the two decided to open a house and open the Dominna Club and it worked very well until after two years Walkiria had to retire well and there was a break and Bela reopened the Dominna Club without Walkiria and is undoubtedly a reference in terms of SM.

I read Satus from Satin and decided to get in touch with the people in the book, I didn't know anything, nor how I got in touch with people, so I decided to put up an erotic ad that was in 1991, had no internet and none of that. In the first announcement was crazy what came from letters were over 500 letters, and one of the letters caught my attention because it was one of the characters I had seen in this book, which was Cosam Atsidas.

He had already done something in Brazil like the national SM register at that time we didn't treat like BDSM but only SM, and He had several attempts to make groups and the most he could do further was the national register where he registered people from all over Brazil and managed to talk to each other by letter. Which he ended up giving up a while later because it was so expensive for him, he spent the stamp to find his partner, so there was not much logic.

Groups he tried to make some, but it didn't work out for “n” reasons, so He had a restricted group that was He, Wilma, Ulysses, Greco, Walkiria, this group was closed, which ended around 1981. He actually wrote all his stories in a dossier called “History of Sadomasochism in Brazil” were not published and after his death some people took possession of this document. With that I felt kind of obligated by him, so I decided to be a little more stubborn and decided to actually make the group, so I had to disclose that a group was really being open. Then we gathered here in São Paulo in a beer house that no longer exists in Ibirapuera, and someone learned I don't know how and they sent a reporter from Folha de São Paulo. At this meeting there were five people, a small note came out the next day that in a Moema bar there was a meeting of SM staff.

This meeting was called by letter and met at this time: Barbara Reine, Cosam, Klaus, Master Vader and Master Lotar.

On 12/9/92 we decided to found the No magazine opened space at the time and I remember I went to talk to the owner of the Fiesta Magazine and she was the only one who opened it so we could write articles to situate readers who had fantasies in this regard. So I started writing monthly articles for the magazine, and soon after we got the middle page to make a kind of handout that the person who was interested in the group would fill out and would evaluate if it was worth calling that person to a meeting. Records came in the mail and we analyzed and there were questions in this form that would be determinant for us to identify if the person knew what he was talking about or not. And if the person didn't know anything, by the kind of question they had to answer that they didn't know, even to evaluate the level of person who would be called.

And, 1992/3 I received an email from a person who was the head of the Atlanta group and she said she would be in Brazil at such a time and would like to attend a meeting and she was at a munch that was done at Zillerthal in the Largo of Moema and was delighted. Also because it was a munch with a lot of people, in this particular were about 200 people. I had been munching for over a year now. They made a link, putting the SoMos group as their brother and I also had a link to their group on the SoMos website.

Wilma comes to go to the first meeting I made of SoMos, I had already written some things to her about the books, Ulysses (1999) wrote me, found me on the site and I made some reference from Cosam. He came to munch in Sao Paulo was a frequenter of Valhalla.

One of the biggest experiences I've had in my life was absolutely out of consensus, the first play I organized I was the only woman and only slave, the rest were all Masters. There were five Masters, I asked my Owner: please, I don't want to be naked, and I didn't want to be used by anyone, who am I to "want" (slave thing), what did He do? He left me naked for all the Masters and after that he said: Do with her whatever you want. I think they only lose with that kind of posture.

I've done 57 plays and never achieved the ideal of SM which is…

Before I have no doubt that my participation was important for having started all this, UOL sadomasochism rooms, for example, only existed because of such reporting that came out of Daniela, after this report they created the sadomasochism rooms. I started in the Terra fetishe room and it was all very mixed up, kind of addictive for many years. So I went to UOL and opened a room for subscribers of SM fans, discussion room. (1998). SoMos slept from 1993 to 1998. Everything I had of material I threw away.

In 1998 SoMos got a website that I made a front page myself and then I got a beautiful website well organized and organized, I had a form to fill out. I already had another class and a very interesting number of people. One day I put on the site that I wanted to have a play party and half an hour later I entered the room and there were people asking where it would be. At the time I had an acquaintance who had a swing house and allowed me to do it there and did the 1st stepping on eggs, they had some rather shy scenes, but there was a play party going on, and each time they were better until the owner of the place He set some rings on the walls for a few games, and then I decided to throw an open party for those who simply wanted to see, so that the people would get the impression that it was a brawling party; so they saw something with their logic about their raison d'être and I think they took some of their impression of an SM party. On the other hand, we only got this house on days when it was closed, so the plays were from Monday. There was a need for us to do the work shop, which when you were more theoretical you could do at Zillerthal without problems, because we only spoke, but what about a spanking work? No way, came the idea of renting a theater. We did a health work (we invited a doctor), an electro one at Zillerthal, where we could only talk about the theory. The group had a big need for thirst, so they came up with the idea that we made ourselves in a bar, so why not have a bar? At the time there was a friend who bought the idea and invested in the bar, in that idea, if it works out fine, but does not warm his head, so as not to open with the expectation of having to work, I sold Valhalla due to disappointment with the community they don't support and other than that had problems resolving from the society i made.

I now decided to refound the SoMos and got to do 33 munchs in Zillerthal and numbered all, now I do the 1st of 2007 because I already got lost in the count and would no longer have logic in that count. Today I have no intention of doing anything new, but I still have a party that I always had in my head and never did and I still want to do it, I don't know when, but I will still do it, it's a SM weekend that would be in one place. The subs cook, serve, well along the lines of 120 days of Sodom.

In terms of Brazil, I began to learn from Playboy magazine (2000, if I'm not mistaken) when they published an article about the fetish that featured the group "NoSomos" and its website. Since I have lived in Japan since 1989, it is difficult for me to have personal contact with people in Brazil. And yet I had the opportunity to meet the Dominna Club (2005) and meet several serious people and maintain friendship.

The practical part with the knowledge that I had absorbed in my SM studies came in mid-1987 when I met a boy through the ad he published in a men's magazine. In 1998 I founded the Dominna Fetish House. FemDom nights missed the participants there. They were always private parties for guest domes and their slaves, for in DFH it was the female supremacy that always prevailed.

After getting to know the subject better, I noticed that SM had matured in Brazil and I was able to meet very competent and serious people at my Dominna parties

Fetish House and later at the parties I promoted in a space on R. da Consolação. This was due to the fact that the space at DFH had already become insufficient for our meetings and I decided to open DFH to the entire SM community. Today, I see a new community forming as many young people are approaching the middle preserving the middle memory, whether with a museum, a memorial or through teachings.

I will return to my history and the open SM parties that I held at R. da consolação. In one of them, I met Bela, an active and engaged woman in the BDSM who brought with her a background of fundamental experience. A friendship and positive complicity was born between us, and Bela became my first slave (until then I had only male slaves). This Domme / slave relationship came to fruition at the Dominna Club, founded by us in 2003. During this period the movement received a remarkable boost of growth and popularization, and was recognized and applauded even abroad. We were the biggest supporters and held the first BDSM 24/7 event, bringing this commemorative date to Brazil. After my departure from the Club, Bela took the reins and along with her current owner, Loba Domme, they brilliantly run the Dominna Club to this day.

I think there is a part of the history of bdsm in Brazil that is very little known and as innovative as the best known part, which happened in Rio and Sao Paulo. This is what happened here in Rio Grande do Sul, and I got to know through the gauchos who already lived their fantasies when I did not dream - or rather - only dreamed of this possibility. The group even had a magazine published and it was the year 1994, the internet did not exist and this magnificent the importance of this manifestation of bdsm gaucha and brazilian culture.

It was the S & M News bimonthly publication, edited by Fernanda M.P and Paulo A.V. It was a female-dominated magazine and had stories, articles (eg Victorian Women), notices, news, reports, photos, SM in the world, section on books, movies, products, personal and professional advertisements. I met Fernanda and Paulo, fantastic couple, both university professors and I think this part of the story is important for several reasons including because it was the record of a core of SM activity in Brazil well before what is imagined at first.

We create and maintain to this day the Secret Desire website, the Cia do Desejo Publisher and the site of the same name with the stupendous publication of Helio's book, No Mystery.

The painandpleasure already in 1994 was the embryo of the Secret Wish List and Website, which in my opinion was the first group to discuss and propose BDSM study on the internet, not to mention the chats Zaz / Terra - Fetish Room and UOL - Slaves & Submissives , I also met SoMos, but this one did not have a feature of internet discussion but in their meetings (Munchs), over time the Wish and Pain groups also organized their real meetings which provided a huge range of information and real experiences. what BDSM really was, not to mention the meetings of Bia Fofa 40 (Podolatria).

A Wilma Azevedo tale in the old Dictatorship magazine, in full dictatorship, is called "Submission," is one of the few in which Wilma plays a submissive. Later, Glauco Mattoso, with the controversy of the release of the "Manual of the amateur podolater" in its first edition, but the visual ecstasy were the works of Georges Pichard.

In SoMos Group there were exchanges of information and knowledge formation, definitions of nomenclatures… reporter's play, nomenclature munch, the first workshop that dealt with forms of pleasure… the first of bondage… we decided to clarify and level information about liturgy and main terms used in SM…

Dominator: Every practitioner who adopts a slave's driving position

Teacher: Every dominator who has a slave.

At the time, we made handouts translated from various books and websites including different Loving… and after the debate, the conventions and definitions were recorded and stayed, with barbara or klaus, I don't remember. A book… Different Loving, was at this time considered the bible of the SM.

Valhalla was Barbara's dream, which materialized… Dominna came next as an extension of the Dream, now bought (not the bar… but the dream, the war for the realization and survival of a shared BDSM)

Barbara was the “master of ceremonies” and conductor of the plays… to say more than that would be to break the vow of silence about the plays

That in the 90's, late 90's, my first munch was on March 13, 1999, my first play was on March 22, 1999.

SoMos Plays were done at a swing house in Moema.

I met Club O, but I only went there once. It was a well-equipped house, with shows every night (as they said). I remember one of the things that struck me most was that one of the rooms was an adapted bathroom with a gynecological bed..

I was also lucky enough to be found by SoMos when I searched for them on the internet. During a talk of mine about the birth of the concept of sadomasochism, Black Angel, one of the group's members, was present in the audience. Soon after I was invited to give the same presentation at a SoMos meeting.

Before, I had a meeting with Mistress Barbara Reine and other members of the group to get to know each other better and to know if I wouldn't just talk bullshit. I was accepted, did the presentation a few more times

After 85 I started writing accounts for Fiesta (Male Magazine), for He & She, Private, Brazil. WWW.privateonline.com.br WWW.brazilmagazine.com.br

Forums had short stories and ads with and without photos.

At the inauguration of the Vahalla (1990s) I observed everything as if I had invaded a pantheon by my military formation.

Klaus's figure was that of a Master of Ceremonies, for he knew to be super-polite and caring without losing the tone of respect, for He who conducted the ceremony was a liturgist.

Quote: “We are not immoral, we are wanton.” (KLAUS)

The person who takes me to Vahalla I met online “MIRC” and “ICQ” looking for sub, Master Dom.

Plays had rules set by Klaus and one of the main ones was that what happens inside, dies inside, in order to preserve the people there, the safe was extremely respected. What was done in a play was presentation of personal techniques.

Number of people limited to around 10 people because the dungeon was small.

Arts bar - where there were meetings in a restricted area. Brotherhood.

The 1st Poney Brazil Club in a small farm in the interior of Sampa. Extremely strict confraternity. There were accommodations for a limited number of gentlemen and stall for their mares. Exclusive in this regard. (LV). Invitation and nomination, but at a high cost which restricted participation, on the other hand brought together people from various states.

Dominna with Walkiria and Bela - continues the BDSM family mood.

Dominna II begins to make room for other tribes, and III continues.

I had these first real contacts through a group I met in São Paulo in 1987 when I was taking a specialization course there. I only know that Domination and submission is something that comes with humanity, but as an erotic practice I know of the attempts to publish magazines with the theme in Porto Alegre in the 60's, from Bar Valhala with Magnanima Mrs. Barbara Rhein from Somos group. but then the internet was a key piece for the spread; when I met the Dark Site group led by Majestic Queen Morticia, who introduced a cohesive group seeking to disseminate information to its members and at the same time the South BDSM Group led by Master JJ Flash and his sub Blonde 3.3 made BDSM gaucho national reference in Open Meetings and Plays of high technical level where the submissive rode in ground fire. Nor can we forget the Tempting Fragile Queen, with whom we had the honor of attending a Swing Encounter in Fortaleza.

I met BDSM through the slave and submissive room and BDSM Adepts (SoMos) from the Uol subscriber area 10 years ago

It was back in 1997, when accessing the old rooms of Terra (ZAZ), that I was involved by the SM environment (at that time that's all). I started attending meetings at Bar Vilarinho, in downtown Rio. UOL people frequented Copacabana bars.

Vilarinho's meetings were over and I joined the UOL group that came to form the current BDSM-Rio led by “gordinha_rj”.

At the same time, I contacted the SOMOS Group of São Paulo, which at the time was coordinated by Barbara Reine and Klaus. An attempt was made to create a nucleus of SOMOS in Rio, but the idea did not work.

SOMOS was organized around three pillars: the munches (social gatherings for people to know each other), the worshops (meetings for learning SM) and the play parties (they were the closed parties of SM fans). ). Some play parties were organized in Rio, I participated in the movie “ALGOLAGNIA” as assistant producer and character.

They were just social gatherings. At that time we were all kind of groping and starting to meet people with our similar “weird tastes”… lol

I remembered subsequent encounters (also social) at Papa's Restaurant.

I know that the first attempt at organizing the BDSM community in Brazil came from the late COSAM ATSIDAS, a sub that was fundamental for the Brazilian community, this at the time of VIDEOTEXT.

I know that the first meetings and first public demonstrations took place in the iron dictatorship's iron years, that many were investigated by the military government and the repressive organs, that many pioneers underwent attempts to trap them in order to be committed to prostitution and pedophilia, The advent of chat rooms was very important in establishing communication from north to south and east to west of the country.

I joined the BDSM community only in 2003, after a lifetime of BDSM in my relationships, from the difficult start of Club Dominna, I know that Aglaia and I, and by the time we realized, were already giving interviews for Brazilian TV, Japanese TV, going out in magazines and being recognized on the street.

Whenever possible I participate with my slave in activities in Rio de Janeiro, especially the draft beer promoted by her friend “gordinha-rj” at the Ernesto bar and some closed “play-parties” that we organize here. We also attended the Wish Party, from my friends Podo-RJ and Deusa Mazinha.

The discovery (or rather the understanding of what I felt) was on the Internet, since 1995, In ZAZ CHAT, around 1996, Since 1997 I have been in contact with a number of people and eventually have an exchange of ideas with them. .

I believe I created the concept of the Submission / Slavery Contract around 1997/1998. Although obviously of no legal value, it helps to compose the couple's fantasy. I also ran ads,

As I saw it, I was influential in activism for sexual and minority liberalization: I co-founded the SOMOS group, a pioneer of the organized gay movement (not to be confused with another group called SOMOS, much later, this one exclusively SM), but I was unable to move forward. favor of sadomasochism (a culture that is based on inequality between dominator and dominated) in a medium that aimed at equal rights and active / passive role exchange. Also in relation to podolatry I had difficulties while militating in the gay movement, because it is a minority preference within a sexual minority, which, fortunately, is no longer seen as eccentricity in these times of exacerbated fetishism.

As a teenager, along with sexual maturity in the late 1970s, I noticed that I had many fantasies that could be considered exotic by other people.

After coming to the state of Sao Paulo in the mid-1980s, I met a lot of people like me, especially in the upstate cities. My peak was in the 1990s, when I built a particular environment for practice. In fact, there were two locations, one smaller and giving rise to another larger and more elaborate one.

Years later I saw an interview that a group gave on a Silvia Popovick show (I don't know if this is how her name is spelled) and I thought it was cool, I saw that I had a code of ethics (SSC), that they weren't people who knew what they wanted and they didn't have to feel guilty about it…

Did I know this was the SoMos staff room? Did I call BDSM there with SM? Of course not…. ET is ET !!!! Then I started to enter the old slave room too.

The meetings were bimonthly with invitations made on the recommendation of the organizing members and extremely restricted access. Another striking fact in the "yesterday" BDSM was the time of "internship" was the very construction of the Plays Party.

Among men there was a more thorough graduation beginning as Lord, then Master and, finally, Lord where he was required to present himself through an examining board of his SM practices as well as, in the last degree, the obedience training of one of his slaves. with your main practice (whip, chains, ropes etc.)

My theoretical knowledge was acquired with the advent of the internet, in the chat of extinct ZAZ, in the year 1998.

At the end of 2004, I found myself in Terra's fetish room, with the gloved prisoner {MF} who presented me with the BHSM (owner Aspen) and The Castle (Owner Queen Honey and Queen Stefane) lists and the meetings in BH, which At this time they were frequented by the average of 10 people. In 2005, I had already established some friendships, we set up the list BDSM MG, where I was the moderator. We began to hold monthly meetings at the Bar of Sir Ractus. These meetings were growing and I left the BDSM-MG list and founded, together with the auctioneer, the BDSM-Minas list, which I remained as owner until 2007. In October 2006 we decided to make the I BDSM Mining Meeting.

With the closing of Valhala and the vacuum that was in the meetings of SP, I decided together with Queen Tar @ to make some meetings that were always a success. We had Domme Samira and I some meetings at the Old Bar Amsterdam. Until I met Queen Walkiria Schneider and with her I had several fantastic encounters in the same place. That's when the idea of opening the Dominna Club came up.

I listened to the stories of Barbara and Klaus about how hard it was to unite people. Everything was done by voice mail, pornographic magazines. but Cosam's dedication was so great that he was so fun to gather 4 people, like 100 (number he never reached) After 1 year of opening the House, 2 partners left .. And barbara and I hold the wheel firmly Until that one day we had to make the difficult decision to close it

From the story itself, I don't know much, but I still picked up the phase of magazine ads and voicemail contacts… lol was very complicated, but relationships were more lasting and serious.

But what I can highlight is the creation of Valhalla, in São Paulo, in 2001, an open space for discussions, closer friendships and learning about BDSM. We were a small group, but all very prepared and knowledgeable, which made the most enriching debate.

I speak of Wilma Azevedo, writer and practitioner of Sm. I had the pleasure of meeting her in person and several times I received her visit at Club Dominna. Wilma was in her time (1960s), a precursor and with much courage and resistance to the system and all the frustrations of her life, lived sadomasochism alongside other no less important figures. His books bring some of this experience and life giving to Sm.

In the 80's, national magazines such as Ele Ela and Club, the last one which featured specific articles on the subject, including texts by Cosam Atsidas.

Imported magazines such as Pillow Talk and Variations, which were magazines devoted to sexual variations, with texts, short stories, forum and clarifications on the subject. They were not pornographic magazines, but of information and eroticism.

In the early 1980s, however, I even joined a post office address at a “Brazilian SM Association”, organized by Cosam Atisidas, which had about 100 participants, distributed some exchange leaflets by mail, and had a very short duration. .

In 1998 I made available one of the first lists of BDSM terms and theory.

I knew there were people with this fetish (I once saw a story with Goulart de Andrade about sadomasochism in a downtown São Paulo location, but it was female domination and that didn't attract me even opening the first Leather bar in the country (“Dungeon Bar at SoGo "in Sao Paulo) The resistance was very high, culminating in a totally arbitrary and illegal police invasion. After so much" punching the knife "I ended up selling the establishment (3 bars, one of them the Dungeon, 2 dance floors) and move away from the middle BDSM / Leather.

What was remarkable was when I went to a meeting in a chacara and received some German, Spanish and Italian masters, I saw the use of long whips, swords, knives, needles, ropes, serving, humiliation.and the admiration of the subs, for my posture some way came to serve me I found it enjoyable to serve those I did not know but had a desire to come and serve me, I there seriously and receiving the drink and food. Everyone knew that I had been taken by a switcher and had only had my practice with her, and for behaving with dignity I received the following words from a gray-haired Spanish: “You have everything to be a master and I already see you as one. From that day onwards this friend and switcher called me master only. Books and videos helped me a lot and the exchange of ideas and information. I am grateful to elizabeth who introduced me to bdsm in 1992

SoMos WAS the reference of SM, I don't remember. I BEGAN IN EARTH FETISH ROOMS, JUST AFTER I WALKED TO UOL

THAT WAS THERE FOR 2000 OR 2001, AMERICAN MAGAZINES, HAD A COUSIN THAT LIVED IN THE US AND BROUGHT SOMETHING TO ME. HE ALWAYS KNOWS FROM MY SIDE SM WAS AFTER VALHALLA. IN THE TIME OF VALHALLA, SAY AFTER THE CONOTATION THAT WAS AFTER VALHALLA STOPPED OUT.

WILMA HAS ALSO BEEN AND IS AN IMPORTANT PERSON IN SM BRAZIL'S HISTORY, THROUGH MUNCH, SARAIS, THE PLAYS WERE DIFFERENT FROM MANY HJ. BEFORE YOU HAD A TALK AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A PLAY YOU WAS TO BE INVITED. WAS NOT JUST SUBSCRIBE AND READY. SOPARTICIPAVA PEOPLE PREPARED TB MUNCHS WERE HIT FUCKS BUT WITH DEFINED THEMES AS YET ARE MADE

ON THIS WEBSITE, YOU COULD FIND REPORTS, EXPERIENCES AND TALK ABOUT SM WITHOUT JUDGMENT. YES NO VALHALLA MANY MUNCH HAPPENED AND PLAYS TB.

SECRET DESIRE IN 2001 PROMOTES SOME REGIONAL MEETINGS.

1-) 03.03.01 IN SAO PAULO IN THE RESTAURANT IN A RESTAURANT IN A RESERVED SPACE WITH 39 PEOPLE FROM VARIOUS GROUPS MEET TO TALK AND EXCHANGE IDEAS ABOUT BDSM.

2-) 10.03.01 - IN PORTO ALEGRE WITH 24 PEOPLE

3-) 24.03.01 - IN SAO PAULO IN THE RESTAURANT INCLUDING WITH 37 PEOPLE

Very little, if we talk about the A.I - Before the Internet era. I read Wilma Azevedo and then Rudolf magazine, which had a few issues, all dedicated to SM. I met few smokers at that time.

One fine day, I read the story on Playboy about Valhalla. I went there to meet, not knowing which side caught my attention.

I know when I started there in 1999, there was Vahala. The Somos Group and the Secret Desire.

Until a while ago I had taken over the yahoo group BDSM MG, today I am a participant and moderator in the oreut of the eponymous commune, since the yahoo group gave it to a friend and she to someone who lost it.

I know the BDSM universe since September 1999. I don't know if it was the beginning of everything, but it was the beginning of my participation.

The UOL room then emerged as a great driving spring, at the time much more interesting than today, as only those who were actually living or beginning in the art gathered, with few adventurers, practically a clan. To join the group practically needed to be introduced by another member, Unfortunately, the vast majority of people at that time disappeared in the limbo of time.

This occurred in the late 1990s. I considered that SADOMASOQUISMO was something FAR from what I was doing.

FUTURE HISTORY

I just want to add that, still in 2008, Glauco Mattoso and I will edit an SM anthology of Brazilian Literature, with texts by José de Alencar, Machado de Assis, Monteiro Lobato; the militants Wilma Azevedo and Glauco Mattoso; and the new vintage of Brazilian literature formed by Horácio Costa, Frederico Barbosa, Contador Borges, Claudio Daniel, Marcelo Mirisola, Marcelino Freire and Mário Bortolotto, who among many more composed short stories and poems especially for the anthology.
